How should I wash my canvas bag?
The safest way is to hand-wash your bag using baby soap or any non-detergent soap (no harsh detergents), as they can change the colour of the fabric. You can also dry clean it if you prefer. For drying, hang the bag in direct sunlight. And yes, our bags are safe to iron too!
What materials do you use for the bags and pouches?
Most of our bags are made from canvas, but we use different types depending on the design. We also use materials like linen, nylon, and faux leather for some of our products.
Can my bag(s) be repaired?
Yep! If you bought your bag at full price and it's within 7 days (with proof of purchase), we can help fix it. Some repairs might come with a small fee, depending on the issue.
Does HIBI accept custom orders?
Yes, we do! We'd love to help you create your dream bags and pouches for your special events: birthdays, weddings, corporate events, or any other special occasion. Just let us know what you need and when you need it by, and we’ll see what we can do.
Does HIBI accept wholesale orders?
