Does HIBI accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! We'd love to help you create your dream bags and pouches for your special events: birthdays, weddings, corporate events, or any other special occasion. Tell us what you have in mind and when you need it, and we’ll take it from there. Send us a message on WhatsApp or email cs@hibi-daily.com to get started.


Does HIBI accept wholesale or B2B orders?

Yes, we do. Reach out to us directly on WhatsApp with your order details, such as quantity, timeline, and whether the order is for a company, shop, or business. Our team will get back to you shortly.


Can my bag(s) be repaired?

Yes! If your bag was purchased at full price and the issue comes up within 7 days of purchase, bring it to us with proof of purchase and we’ll take a look. Depending on the type of repair, there may be a small fee involved.


What materials do you use for the bags and pouches?

Most of our bags are made from canvas, though we also use linen, nylon, and faux leather depending on the design. Check each product page for the specific material details.


How should I wash my canvas bag?

Hand-wash with baby soap or a gentle non-detergent soap. Avoid harsh detergents as they can affect the fabric colour. Hang to dry in direct sunlight. Dry clean is fine, too.


Most bags can be safely ironed. Check the individual product page for care specifics.
